- I am a mom of 5, wife of the most wonderful husband, and grandmother of one. I specialize in designing Scripture inspired quilted art pieces. Mainly self-taught, along with inspiration from other quilt artists, I construct unique artwork from specialty batik fabrics and hand-painted or dye-discharged textiles. I often hand-embroider each piece and use collage techniques to blend the elements of each work. Some creations include larger framed and unframed pieces, desk-sized framed quilted art, quilted art post cards, quilted art bowls and keychain/change purses. Half of the profits from my artwork benefit missions.

The screen swirl adds a lot to it. I have a roll of screening that I have never used. Hmmmm... maybe I should use it.
Julie - This is fabulous!! It was fun watching the progress... and it came out just stunning! I enlarged the pictures and loving every detail. Your signature is so neat too! The screen is a great touch.

This is beautiful work. I agree, the screen swirl is awesome.
I really love this one. Now that I have a sewing machine I am much more observant of the stitches you have uses and whether you are using the free form foot. I don't at this point know how is the world you do the lettering! It's all so beautiful. This is one of my favorites. The colors are just so great together.
