Commissioned Reversible Wedding Clergy Stole

 I consider it an honor to create Clergy Stoles
that will be used in worship services and Weddings like this one.
Side 1 is a combination of various whites and purple batik fabrics
with hand embroidered 
" I am my beloveds and my beloved's is mine" 
Solomon 6:3 

On the reverse Side 2 is a blend of white batik fabrics and 
gold lame' featuring
"HOLY HOLY HOLY" also in gold lame'.
The recipient will be preforming several upcoming weddings.
How exciting.

New Temporary Studio - Green Bird Collage

Finding my supplies in my new temporary studio
has been an adventure but a fun one. 
This hand embroidered in black  Lazy Daisy stitch outlined bird & spiral 
on green hand painted fabric 
began on Day 12 of the April Art Daily 2016 Challenge.
A variety of green batik strips are topped
with a cloud-like blue and embellished with
screen and ribbon fibers.
