It was the same color that ran on mine. Synthrapol is designed to remove excess dye and to prepare fabric for dying. There isn't much that's more irritating, that's for sure. <br />Just in case you're unaware of it, there's a terrific product called "Retayne" that can help set the colors in fabric (although it may only work on natural fibers like cotton, silk, etc.). I've had good luck with it, especially on fabrics that are hand-dyed or are dyed with colors that are very saturated.
