With other projects completed it's time to incorporate the Ginkgo Leaves that were appliquedjust to have a "hand" project. The background is pieced and now I'm contemplating using a white and black fabric for the large ginkgo leaf represented now by white cardboard. and I'm considering embroidering the verse on a green strip and then appliqueing it on as well.
Any suggestions as to options for the ginkgo leaf material or fiber? (It needs to be light to be seen.)
This is nice. I was actually liking the white before I read it was cardboard. Let us see it when you decide.
