It's quilted.
Now to add Scripture,
frame with a mat
or bind it and sew
onto a painted canvas.

    I like how you did the quilting, Julie. I can't see the flower quilting, but the background quilting came out great - like the differt patterns you utilized. Makes it fun to look at.

    Just love the quilting. The background fabric looks like the ocean and the stitching could be waves. Luscious!
