"Be Glad In It"

Not being certain what the black dotted remnant is the remnant of, yet it adds just the right finishing touch to this red collaged, and organza ribbon piece reminding me that
"This is the day which the Lord hath made; we WILL (emphasis mine) rejoice and be glad in it."
