COMPLETED!!!

Still in progress and working on completing it today,

this rolled rim knitted hat will go to the homeless shelter.

It's been awhile since I knitted one which explains

why I'm on my 4th attempt at getting it right - LOL.

I began hand sewing around age 9 and received my first sewing machine at age 12 as a Christmas gift. I still enjoy the combination of machine and hand sewing and am inspired by living in the mountains of Western North Carolina. My fine fabric art is primarily re-purposed batik and hand dyed fabrics enhanced with hand and machine quilting, mixed media techniques to create one-of-a kind art pieces.
