Since I wanted to machine applique the flower centers with lemon yellow color,
it was time to improvise with some lemon yellow colored embroidery floss.
Hubby helped separate a long piece of floss that I wound on a thread spool.
It worked well but I plan to put regular lemon yellow thread on my shopping list.

Wow, that sounds like quite the process to get some machine stitched yellow!
The yellow is just what the piece needed. It looks great. And if Jeremy doesn't want it, I do. : )
