These particular Preemie Quilts for my More Blessed To Give Challenge were made from 5 3/4 inch squares and 2 1/2 inch borders which makes them about 20 inches square. Our local Neonatal unit requests Preemie Quilts anywhere from 20 to 25 inches square. You may want to call your local unit to see their preference. Care to join me?
