Easter Flowers Fabric Post Card

Outside, Spring has begun and flowers are beginning to pop up

which inspired this Easter Flowers Fabric Post Card

that can be mailed and later framed.

It would also be fun for Mom for Mother's Day.

See this one in my Etsy Shop or make your own

in a workshop.

Fun "Finds"

While straightening my studio, two bright  4 X 6 backgrounds appeared which I tried a couple of ideas, unsewed them and prayed (yes, I pray about my art) and went for a walk.

Beautiful Day lilies graced the road side and were inspiration for this small piece of art.

This background only needed a dark purple strip which looked like a cross when I turned it sideways and a verse.  Done.  What fun finds.

"Every Good And Perfect Gift Is From Above" James 1:17

Flowers are beginning to appear as beautiful signs that Spring is on the horizon.

YEA!

Green Challenge

Green...what  a great color!  Reminiscent of growth and rebirth.  "You are inscribed on the palm of his hand" - Isaiah 49:16 is a great verse for this small quilted art with the cross ribbon.  Easter is coming!

Daily Small Art?

Although, being only 4 X 6 inches, this small piece of quilted art can go directly through the mail to the delight of it's recipient. However,  I have found many folks would rather have it framed instead. I've considered creating one a day....hmmmm.

Fabric Post Card Backgrounds

It's a bit challenging to find black and white batik fabrics,

so I was thrilled to see them in the scarps I mentioned receiving yesterday.

I think they add a lot of fun to these Fabric Art Post Card backgrounds.

Thanks Cindy L.
