Seek First His Kingdom - Matthew 6:33 Quilted Wall Art

 My current favorite piecing and teaching technique is what I call Free Style Cobblestones.
This piece is a colorful use of Orange, Purple and Green Batik fabrics focus on the hand embroidered verse,
"Seek first His Kingdom" Matthew 6:33.
Machine quilted and signed by artist, this piece measures 15 inches X 13 inches making it the perfect addition to that spot that would encourage with Truth and Love.

Orange Seek First His Kingdom

Thanks for the kind comments on the borders.

Before adding the purple/fushia final border,

a mint green was added to the left side to balance

and highlight the verse from Matthew 6:33

"Seek first His Kingdom".

And now the quilting has begun.  Fun, fun, fun.

Borders For Orange Cobblestone Piece

still a bit unusual for me.
