I added some subtle blooms to the shirt

 and meandering stitching to the jacket.

 I'm still pondering how to add eyes...or not.

Running Stitch Or Wrinkles

I added a Running Stitch spiral to the face, 

lines for the neck and some definition on the lips.

 Hubby said I added wrinkles hahaha.

"Self Portrait" Created To Thrive Experience Course 2018

Owie Owie Ouch

Yesterday, my birthday, 

was a great time with family and friends, good food 

and watching hubby and one son win their softball game. 

A couple unwelcome adventures as 4 of my fingers were hurt 

when a window fell unexpectedly and later a bee stung me below my eye at the ballgame.

 Feeling better this AM.

Guess I won't be sewing for awhile.

 Blessed be the name of the Lord.

Interesting timing as I just completed "What's In Your Hand?" Quilted Wall Art.
