Student Fabric Valentines

 Creating Fabric Valentines is so easy and fun.
The recent workshop I taught allowed the students to get a bit more out of their comfort zones and create some wonderful gifts.
Gerry used some of her many pink and red festive fabrics for her Valentines

 while Patty had fun cutting with her wavy blade before assembling her creation.

 Carol jazzed up her Valentine with some of her stamps and permanent ink.

We had a wonderful time!

 Red fun yarn finishes up this 3D Fabric Leaf Bowl that features;

Black fun yarn finishes us this 3D Fabric Leaf Bowl (isn't the heart batik fabric great).

"With God All Things Are Possible" - Matthew 19:26 is the verse on this piece.
Both bowls were donated to New Direction Farm for sale in their shop to help support this wonderful ministry.

Knitted Cable Blanket

Purple Be Still Mail Art

Various purple batik remnants collage together

for this small Quilted Art piece.

Although the background may appear a bit chaotic,

the cross and verse remind to 

"Be still and know that I am God"

Repurposed Ornament Holder

 Not being certain what this metal piece's original purpose,

I envisioned it holding my Quilted ornaments

after it was painted black of course.
