Purple variegated thread will blend nicely to finish machine quilting this piece.
And, since I only had a small amount left, a trip to the quilt shop
provided another spool of it.
The old spool is poly covered cotton machine quilting thread.
The new spool is 100% cotton hand quilting thread,
which I'm told will work fine.
