Machine Quilting


I used the Escape Hatch method to sandwich the wall hanging quilt so it will not need a binding. Yea! Since this is a wall quilt that works fine. (I really like the P.S. I love you fabric!) My little recipient likes buttons too so lots of buttons in the finishing plans.

this is looking SO cute, julie! thanks for mentioning the "escape hatch"....i wasn't familiar with it....and it sure is a great idea (and easy!). you're going to make a certain special someone very, very happy with this happy little art quilt! :)

this is looking so good, Julie. Thanks for the Escape Hatch article. Maybe I could do that although I am not familiar with the quilt lingo. I am starting my sewing classes tomorrow.
