Bachelor Button Flowers & Day 173 A Block A Day Challenge
I saw some blooming Bachelor Button flowers today
however, the Bachelor Button flowers I'm creating
needed a bit of screen fiber to stand out
in this composition.
A Block A Day Challenge is aqua Pearle cotton for this purple
/lime batik Free Style Cobblestone Block with rectangular spiral hand quilting.

It has been such fun completing the
birds created in the April Art Daily 2016
into Fiber Art Collage. This one needed
some curvy edges and bold colors to finish it.

April Art Daily 2016 - Day 14
Many of my bird creations are inspired from my small art journal.
This one is inspired from some of my granddaughter's shared stickers
while creating some art at their house.

to keep it secure until the

Outside my studio window is a small Bird Feeder.
I delight in the birds that come so close to the window for a Sunflower seed.
Today's bird is fused hand dyed blue fabric bird with a screen bird feeder on a black ribbon pole.
All hand embroidered to my hand painted yellow fabric.

Screen Fiber Thread Catcher
with Velcro so it can be portable.
It's much nicer than the plastic baggie
I had taped to my sewing table....smile.
