"Shining Stars" - Collaboration With Mom

My mom came for a 2 week visit and we collaborated

on this wall hanging for my sister.

Mom chose the blue batik fabrics and placement of the stars.

It's machine quilted and a fun reminder of Mom's visit.

Day 21 - Quilted Advent Calendar

One of our family's traditions is to count down the days of December

using this Advent Calendar where we put a yellow ultra suede star

on for each day leading up to Christmas.

Now my grandkidscarry on this tradition.
