This Quilted Bird Art Collage began on Day 29 of

Adding a Beach blue background with

machine quilting "vogel" (German for bird)

along with wave type lines along with a

silver snap for an eye make this a fun piece.

It's mounted on an 11 inch X 14 inch black cradle board.

Only $125 available in my ETSY Shop.

This bird needed to stand out a bit more from the background,

so I added a light yellow lazy daisy stitch around the edge of it's body.

You can view the original one here or see how the bird
began on Day 29 of the April Art Daily 2016 Challenge.

I enjoy nature & have various bird feeders around my yard

to enjoy more of them as well.

This lime colored & hand embroidered bird stands on a hand dyed fuchsia background

sporting silver washer eye.

It's another collage created from Created from a daily challenge - April Art Daily 2016

Painted swirls and screen fiber on a hand painted green background make this collage complete.

Machine quilted and signed by artist.
Mounted on a black board that measures 11 X 14 inches.
Ready to hang & available in my ETSY Shop.
